Step 2: You may fill out Vital Statistics information on our secure online portal from the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, an appointment may be scheduled with a licenced funeral director to collect the information in person.

Step 3: A licensed funeral director will prepare the required documents for your signatures, authorizing us to perform the cremation.

Step 4: Your loved one’s remains, along with the required documentation and memorial items you have chosen, will be available for you to pick up at our office.
