Condolences

Sylvia Ida Spelrem
(Maiden: Schierman)

of Grande Prairie, Alberta
July 18, 1936 - September 15, 2022

Sylvia was a very special lady who will be greatly missed by her "family" at Emerald Gardens. She was a joy to craft with, always sharing her knowledge. She was always bringing ideas to the other crafters with crafts she had seen on Pinterest. Sylvia was not afraid to speak her mind - challenging the manager on many occasions! We will miss Sylvia's great sense of humor! The flowers that Sylvia and Laura planted in the flower beds were spectacular. Nobody dared to touch "Sylvia's flowers" or they would have to deal with Sylvia - she put the fear of god in everyone. She was often seen caring and watering the flowers. Sylvia was known as the "flower lady"! May she rest in peace.
