Susan Teresa Schneider, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 60 years.

She was born on August 8, 1965, to parents Elizabeth Annie “Betty Ann” (née Heck) and Bernard Schneider in Fairview, AB. She was very adventurous and loved exploring the farm. As a young woman, she had a deep love for nature and enjoyed the outdoors, spending time hiking or camping whenever she could.

Susan was diagnosed with MS in 1991. The disease ravaged her body but not her soul. In the end, she was tired of her pain and suffering.

She will be missed by her parents, brother Steve (Tracy), nephew Hudson, and her daughter, Emily.

As per Susan’s wish, instead of a funeral service there will be a party celebration at a later date.
